Accounts Receivable Specialist
2 - 3 years accounting experience
Association- HOA-COA Property Management
Proficient in Tops Pro and or HOA and COA accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Dropbox, Outlook
Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability all required assets.
Able to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Documenting transaction details
Entering financial transactions in Tops Accounting Software
A/R
Process late letters
Process Deed/maintain owner files.
Order coupons
Word processing, file maintenance maintain correspondence, bank deposits.
