A prestigious Law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to a team of 4–5 attorneys. This position is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who can step in immediately, manage a busy practice, and thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting attorneys in Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, or Labor & Employment practices. Strong tenure and stability within previous law firms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
• Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, travel, and client meetings
• Assist with billing, expense reports, and time entry
• Open and close client matters and maintain electronic files
• Coordinate client communications and provide exceptional service
• Support attorneys with document management, deadlines, and practice needs

Qualifications

• 5 years of Legal Secretary experience in a law firm environment
• Experience supporting attorneys in Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial Litigation, or Labor & Employment practices
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word formatting and document revisions
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion with confidential information
• Proven employment stability and a track record of long-term tenure with law firms
• Ability to work independently and effectively support multiple attorneys
