Administrative Assistant (Donor Services)

Overview: Performs routine and advanced clerical and administrative duties with in the Donor Services Department, taking care of scheduling day-to-day activities in the department. Recognizes inconsistencies, resolves routine clerical problems, refers more complex problems to the Regional Director. Responsibilities: The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such functions are a logical assignment to the position. - Works with group contact concerning scheduling problems, if Donor Services Manager is not available
- Supports Regional Director on projects as needed
- Compiles daily, monthly and annual reports and other records data
- Supports department software to include training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of general office experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations and/or Designations: None Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to organize work for timely completion
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
