Role snapshot

• Title: Facilities Reliability Technician
• Team: Facilities (reports to the Director, Facilities & Engineering)
• Location: Pensacola, Florida (on-site)
• Schedule: Days, 5:45 am – 6:15 pm, rotating 2-2-3 Pittman

Your impact

• Apply a strong electrical focus in a multi-craft environment to ensure uptime for production and building systems.
• Diagnose/repair issues on computer-controlled manufacturing lines, pneumatic and electrical control systems, pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, pumps/motors, cooling towers, and purified water treatment systems.
• Record activities accurately in SAP/CMMS and generate clear work reports.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years in an industrial plant or field maintenance discipline (maintenance technician/mechanic, electrician, multi-craft, engineering technician, or similar).
• Demonstrated electrical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Comfort documenting work in a CMMS or similar maintenance system.

Preferred extras

• PLC and logical control knowledge, including associated programming software.
• Experience troubleshooting variable frequency drives (VFDs) and their process effects.
