Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 12:30pm )

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a phone log of all calls and assist callers with general inquiries about the organization.
• Greet and welcome visitors, determine their business needs, and announce them to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor visitor access by issuing temporary parking permits in accordance with established rules for authorized guests.
• Maintain radio contact with field personnel as needed.

Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, simple data entry)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
