Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst – Digital Channels will design and implement a data framework to analyze client behavior, commercial performance, and platform performance across digital banking and investing channels. The role will translate data into actionable insights to enhance client experience and support the growth of the digital bank, working closely across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a data and analytics framework to track client trends and platform performance
• Analyze commercial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Generate actionable insights to improve client experience
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence
• Build and analyze channel dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI tracking models
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities impacting digital channels
• Build strong internal relationships and drive cross-functional alignment

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, digital analytics, or business intelligence; financial services experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Technical Skills:

Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar tools
