Circle Logistics is hiring a Customer Operations Representative to support real-time shipment execution and communication. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and operations in a high-energy setting.

It’s also one of our top entry points into the company , with strong potential to move into other roles within months.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for shipment updates and issue resolution
• Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates
• Troubleshoot delays and escalate when needed
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
