What You'll Do

As a Production Assembler on our 2nd Shift, you'll be at the heart of our operations, bringing our products to life. Every day presents a chance to hone your craft and ensure that what we produce meets the highest standards.

• Assemble High-Quality Products: Utilizing a variety of hand tools and specialized fixtures, you'll meticulously assemble components into finished products, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. You'll work with diverse materials and components, learning the intricacies of our product lines.
• Conduct Thorough Quality Audits: You'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by performing regular quality checks throughout the assembly process. This includes visual inspections, functional testing, and documentation to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
• Efficiently Pack Finished Goods: Once products are assembled and quality-approved, you'll carefully package them for shipment, ensuring they are protected and ready for our customers. This involves following specific packaging guidelines and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Maintain Production Flow: You'll actively contribute to a seamless production process by assisting with material handling, organizing your workspace, and collaborating with team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to anticipate needs and adapt will be key.

The Details

This is a full-time position for our 2nd Shift , typically running from mid-afternoon to late evening. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. Our facility is located in an easily accessible area. All necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively and safely. There are no travel requirements for this role.
