Commercial Property Manager (Medical)
Location: Tampa to Sarasota, FL (travel required between properties throughout the portfolio)

Position Summary
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of medical office and commercial properties. This role serves as the primary liaison between tenants, ownership, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional tenant service. The Property Manager will oversee budgets, capital projects, vendor relationships, lease administration, and property operations across multiple locations. Regular travel between properties is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations for a multi-building commercial portfolio, including maintenance, life safety, risk management, and tenant services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical tenants, physician groups, and office users to foster tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets, capital expenditures, and monthly financial reporting.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify opportunities to enhance building operations, tenant experience, and asset value.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance, quality performance, and cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate tenant improvement projects, capital improvement initiatives, and property upgrades from planning through completion.
• Review lease requirements and ensure compliance with lease obligations, operating procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with ownership, leasing teams, and other stakeholders to support portfolio objectives and maximize property performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably within medical office, healthcare, or institutional real estate environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Yardi required
• Strong financial management experience required, including oversight of operating budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, CAM reconciliations, and monthly ownership reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assets while prioritizing competing operational needs.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management/accounting systems.
