Part-Time Nanny/House Manager – Marco Island, FL - 30 hours per week

A warm, welcoming family in Marco Island is seeking a dependable and experienced part-time nanny/house manager to provide afternoon care for two children, ages 10 and 7, while also supporting the household’s day-to-day organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, engaging, and able to balance childcare with light household management. A second language is strongly preferred.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM (guaranteed 30 hours/week)

• Additional Needs: Overnight care one week per month during parent’s business travel (private accommodations provided)

• Summer: Domestic and international travel with the family expected

• Compensation: $25-$30 /hour

• Commitment: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for two school-aged children

• Assist with homework and make sure it is completed. Encourage accountability with daily routines and chores

• Plan and prepare children’s dinners; assist with family meals as needed

• Manage children’s laundry and maintain organization of clothing and belongings

• Grocery shopping and household supply management (maintaining inventory and restocking as needed)

• Assist with school pick-ups, activities, and transportation (vehicle provided during working hours)

• Provide overnight care during parent’s travel weeks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of childcare experience with school-aged children

• CPR/First Aid certification (required)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable providing overnight care as needed (approx. one week per month)

• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with the family during the summer

• Pet-friendly

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be 18 years of age to apply

• Must have 3-5 professional references

• Second language strongly preferred

• Ability to read music and/or play piano is a plus
