Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Glazing Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of small to mid-sized storefront and curtain wall projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee glazing projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage project logistics, including expediting materials, coordinating deliveries, and overseeing inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and addressing project needs.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project reviews, track progress, and resolve any issues or delays that may impact timelines or budgets.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the glazing, construction, or related industry.
• Strong background in expediting, logistics coordination, and material management.
• Prior experience as an Expeditor is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience managing storefront and curtain wall systems is required.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage client relationships and team performance.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A background in glazing or glass systems is critical, along with the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision while maintaining strong professional relationships.
