Entry Level Desktop Support Tech

Responsibilities
- Provide basic desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Assist end-users by responding to support tickets and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
