Trip Operation Specialist
Pay - $17.00 hourly
Schedule - TBD
Plantation. FL area
The Trip Operation Specialist play a critical role in ensuring seamless transportation experiences for members. Proactive trip planning, organizational skills, problem solving, and communication.
Responsibilities -
- Assign drivers and vehicles to upcoming trips
- Handle any last minute trips or changes
- Reschedule appointments when transportation is not available
- Monitor dashboards
Qualifications -
- Prior exp in transportation, logistics, or dispatching a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED
