Café Attendant

Woodfield Boca Raton is looking for an energetic Café Attendant / Sandwich and Salad Artist to join our exciting and busy food and beverage operations! The Attendant will be responsible for preparing sandwiches, salads, and other café menu items as well as ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food preparation, strong multi-tasking skills and be comfortable communicating with both front and back-of-house staff members. This role may occasionally involve handling inventory and product ordering.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs daily operation and prepares menu items such as sandwiches and salads
• Ensures cleanliness of working area and adheres to food safety procedures
• Inspect work area to ensure all equipment is sanitized properly and in working order at all times
• Ensure proper handling of all equipment to prevent breakage and/or loss
• Restocking supplies, communicating with staff members in both front and back of the house
• Other duties may be assigned by the department head
