HVAC Customer Service Dispatcher

Job Summary:

The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for our clients. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial call to the completion of the service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Essential Functions:

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers

· Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians

· Provide accurate information regarding services, warranties, and pricing

· Maintain detailed and organized records within our service management system

· Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary

· Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction

· Collaborate closely with internal departments for efficient service delivery

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software

· Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor

· Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Sit up to (8) hours per day, occasionally lift to (15) pounds.

Work Environment: Office Setting, indoor, temperature controlled

Physical Requirements:

· Sitting 8 to 10 hours per workday

· Occasionally lift/carry (20) lbs.

· Occasionally bend (at waist), reach above shoulder

· Continuous typing and/or data entry 8 to 10 hours per workday
