Influencer & Social Media Content Creator
- Be the creator: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that tell our story in fun, human, and authentic ways.
- Lead influencer collaborations: Partner with creators and thought leaders to co-create content that expands our reach and credibility.
- Own the brand’s social voice: Post daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — building communities and conversations.
- Design with intent: Use Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools to craft graphics, thumbnails, and animations that elevate every post.
- Spot and start trends: Jump on viral sounds, formats, and moments before everyone else — with a strategic twist that fits our brand.
- Run experiments: Test new creative approaches, paid boosts, and storytelling techniques to increase engagement and conversions.
- Track performance: Measure what’s working — and evolve our strategy based on analytics, insights, and audience feedback.
- A natural creator who loves filming, editing, and posting content that people actually want to watch.

- Proven experience creating social media content (not just managing it) — video portfolio required.
- Expertise in video production, editing, and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — knows how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
- Experience running influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO, social analytics, and paid social best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
