Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
• Experience within pediatric, healthcare, school-based, or teletherapy settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement age-appropriate interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Comfortable using digital platforms and maintaining accurate records

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of seven students over two days each week (approximately 2.5 hours per day)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing a variety of communication and language disorders
• Provide therapy through both in-person and teletherapy modalities, as needed
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ success and advocate for their ongoing needs
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
