Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center.

Shift Pattern: Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.

What will I be doing?

A Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services in Scratch Market to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support, assign daily work, and train team members in all outlet activities and operations
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge
• Monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
• Create revenue-generating promotions
• Perform additional duties, as required
