At Trek Bikes Florida, we’re looking for a driven, customer-obsessed Store Manager to lead our Ft. Lauderdale team, deliver exceptional experiences, and grow our local cycling community.

Duties

Your Mission as Store Manager:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional service
• Drive the store’s sales growth and profitability
• Build strong customer loyalty and expand Trek’s reputation in the Ft. Lauderdale market
• Deliver an engaging, premium retail experience that inspires people to ride
• Champion operational excellence and ensure every detail of the store meets Trek’s standards

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven retail or service industry management experience
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Desire to grow the local cycling community and represent the Trek brand with pride
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends (our busiest days)
