Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field & Channels Marketing Manager to join our high-energy marketing team. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning and executing high-impact events and demand generation campaigns that fuel sales and channel pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales teams across USA regions to execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Field Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage impactful field marketing initiatives including trade shows, conferences, roundtables, and executive events in USA region.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, vendor management, booth experience, branding, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and business development teams to drive event attendance and maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, leads, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

Webinars & Digital Events

  • Develop and manage a webinar calendar aligned with campaign themes and sales priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and product teams to develop compelling webinar content.
  • Drive webinar promotion and attendee acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze webinar success metrics and continuously optimize engagement and conversion.

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor initiatives to inform strategy, messaging, and prioritization of demand generation tactics
  • Manage budget and work cross-functionally to execute campaigns efficiently and deliver ROI
  • Build and manage a demand generation calendar across regions and partners to create transparency and alignment with sales and channel stakeholders
  • Maintain campaign performance dashboards and track key metrics using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Support integrated regional campaigns with digital, email, and content-based programs to build awareness and generate qualified leads.

Sales Collaboration & Pipeline Impact

  • Partner closely with Sales and Channel Account Manager(s) to ensure joint marketing initiatives align with sales strategies, account plans, target personas, and revenue goals for each region and channel partner, building strong rapport and credibility as a strategic marketing partner
  • Apply a strong understanding of SaaS buyer personas and sales cycles to design campaigns that support opportunity creation, acceleration, and close

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience building and supporting field, channel, or demand generation marketing programs, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven experience working directly with sales teams, channel organizations, and external partners, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, influence without authority, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Strong business and sales acumen, with the ability to understand account strategies, sales priorities, and how marketing influences pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, buyer personas, and the role marketing plays at each stage of opportunity progression
  • Experience developing and executing field and channel partner marketing programs that create demand and accelerate opportunities
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with a fact-based approach to decision-making and optimization
