Compensation & Hours

• Pay Rate: $34.00 / hour (or higher based on experience)

• Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, ELECTRICAL, and pneumatic systems

● On call for machine breakdowns

● Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize production downtime

● Carry out preventive maintenance procedures as scheduled.

● Assist with the installation, setup, and modification of machinery and production lines

● Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including lighting, plumbing systems, and building structures

● Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and repair histories

● Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to address mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner

● Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance work area and related tools

● Respond to maintenance requests quickly and safely to minimize downtime

● Assist with facility maintenance tasks like basic plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and general repairs

● Keep maintenance logs and records up to date

● Work closely with machine operators and supervisors to resolve mechanical issues

● Help install new equipment and assist with machine changeovers

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 75lbs
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
