**Position Summary:
As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in automotive sales to deliver personalized service and solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, provide relevant product knowledge, and guide clients through the car-buying process to achieve their vehicle goals. You will be a key player in contributing to our sales targets and overall dealership success.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to build rapport and understand their automotive needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with customer preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product offerings, financing options, and trade-in values.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory and stay informed about the latest market trends and vehicle specifications.
- Follow up with potential leads to cultivate relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate loan approvals and complete transactions.
- Maintain an organized and clean showroom and demonstrate a commitment to the dealership’s standards.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on automotive industry developments.
**Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in using dealership management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
