Fulfillment Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the business owners, the Fulfillment Operations Manager will lead a team of 5-10 to achieve operational excellence in our fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a new role created to drive efficiency, accuracy, and team performance as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment of 500-1,000 orders, ensuring high order accuracy and fast fulfillment speeds.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records using Finale Inventory.
• Receive and process freight shipments efficiently.
• Utilize Finale Inventory, ShipStation, and Slack to manage operations and team communication.
• Hire, train and manage team members to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor and incentivize team performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy rate and fulfillment speed.
• Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in order fulfillment.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA-compliant).
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (Finale Inventory or similar preferred).
• Proficiency with ShipStation and Slack is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• No formal education requirements, but a proven track record of success in warehouse operations is essential.
