The Law Office of Richard Franzblau LLC is seeking an Online Chat Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position will involve handling online inquiries and providing assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to online chat inquiries promptly and effectively
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding legal services offered
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with legal team members to address client needs and inquiries
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all chat communications
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support preferred
- Experience in the legal field or working with law firms is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
