Join our team at Wholistic Dental Center as a Front Desk Coordinato. This pivotal role is essential in providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring smooth office operations in our welcoming Winter Garden practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Know how to organize and prioritize Dr. schedule
