Office Manager (Miami)
Position: Office Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Contract: 2+ months
Hours: 9am-6pm
Pay: $28–$32/hour
Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support day-to-day operations for a dynamic team based in Miami. This is a contract opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a well-functioning workplace
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office events
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
- Handle incoming communications, mail, and front office responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires
- Maintain organized filing systems and office procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
