Daytime / Evening Cargiver

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Location: Bradenton, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $16 – $22 per hour (Based on Experience)

Our client is a privately owned, luxury 6-bed Assisted Living Home in Bradenton, FL that delivers highly personalized care in an intimate, family-style environment.

This is not a high-volume facility. This is a home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Pass medications (Med-Tech certification a plus)
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietician recommendations
• Encourage and engage residents in meaningful activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life

This role is about more than checking boxes — it’s about building relationships. Our client wants residents to feel like they have a friend , not just a caregiver.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA or HHA Certification OR prior caregiver experience
• Active CPR Certification OR willingness to obtain (company reimburses; will also cover renewal costs)
• Passion for and genuine respect for the elderly population
• Reliable transportation
• Stable employment history
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Proof of TB test within the last 5 years (or willingness to obtain a new one)
• Med-Tech Certification is a plus
