11X builds automation software for home-service contractors — plumbers, roofers and HVAC companies in the United States. Most of these businesses are small: an owner, a few trucks and no office staff. Our software catches and logs the calls they miss while they are on a job, handles the follow-up automatically, and keeps every job in one place instead of a notepad in the van.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a remote Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to contractors in the United States and book them onto our closer's calendar.

Day to day you will:

• Make outbound calls to business owners from lead lists we provide (verified, real businesses, not scraped data)

• Qualify prospects quickly against a simple set of criteria

• Book qualified prospects into our closer's calendar

• Log every call outcome in our CRM

• Confirm and remind your booked appointments so they show up

JOB DURATION

Ongoing and long-term. We are building a permanent setting team, not staffing a short campaign. The first two weeks are a structured ramp-up with training, script practice and live-call coaching from the founder.

COMPENSATION

This role is commission-based with a base pay. You earn a commission on every deal that closes from an appointment you booked. Earnings are uncapped and paid regularly.

WORK SETUP AND LOCATION

100% remote. We are open to candidates in any country.

TIMEZONE

Our operations run on United States Eastern Time (UTC-5/UTC-4). You will need to be available approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, Monday to Friday, because that is when the business owners we call are reachable.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent, clear spoken English. You will be speaking with American business owners by phone.

• Availability during United States Eastern business hours

• A minimum of 200 outbound dials per day

• Reliable internet, a good quality headset and a quiet place to call from

• Resilience. Most calls end in rejection and that is normal in this work.

PREFERRED

• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, BPO or SDR experience

• Experience selling to small business owners, particularly trades

• Comfort working in any CRM
