Summary

As a Registered Nurse , youll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care through the full nursing processassessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Youll lead care with clinical excellence, serve as a patient advocate, and bring a holistic, culturally sensitive approach to womens health across all life stages.

In this role, you are more than a clinicianyou are a teacher, collaborator, leader, and lifelong learner , using critical thinking and professional judgment to respond to urgent needs and guide patient outcomes.

• Deliver and document care that aligns with ANA standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and evidence-based clinical protocols

• Actively collaborate with physicians, therapists, midwives, and support staff to provide seamless, multidisciplinary care

• Apply your knowledge of age-specific and culturally diverse needs to deliver personalized, respectful care

• Lead or participate in performance improvement initiatives that elevate patient outcomes and service excellence

Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Experience Requirements: Experience required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Experience requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

Certification Requirements: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. For units that require American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements.

License Requirements: Currently licensed in the State of Florida.

Other Requirements: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required. Certification in specialty area preferred.
