Administrative Associate

We are a pediatric, speech-therapy office in search of an Administrative Associate.
- Compile and manage an accurate list of doctors' contacts.
- Monitor and organize documents related to our administrative procedures.
- Efficiently send and receive necessary documents.
- Contact medical offices via phone or fax to expedite processes and obtain updates.
- Report communication updates to the supervisor on time.
- Independently handle issues within the scope of responsibilities.
Position Requirements:
- Full-time availability with a focus on efficient task management.
- Ability to work independently to resolve routine challenges.
- Willingness to collaborate and assist team members as needed.
- Strong communication skills for timely and accurate information exchange.
- Effective time management to complete tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic conversation and professional phone communication.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish at a professional level.
- Familiarity with basic web applications and the capacity to learn new technologies
