Collection Agency Representative Location Hybrid remote in Lakeland, FL : Collection Agency Representative Salary: $16.38 per hour / $33,000 annually * Hybrid opportunities once certified in position* We're looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Payment Recovery Unit! As a Collection Agency Representative, you will receive referrals from Claims Liability associates and prepare supporting documentation, refer uninsured payment recovery claims to collection agencies, evaluate and monitor recovery efforts. You will be responsible for consulting with policyholders, adjusters, attorneys, and collection agencies via telephone or written correspondence, and reimburse insured's deductibles. Candidates must be efficient, organized, have strong analytical skills, demonstrate great communication skills, a great attitude, and are driven to succeed.     • In Office Position - must live within commuting distance to 2280 N Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75082
    • Ability to multitask (listen and type; speak and navigate multiple systems)
    • Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
