Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) offers the opportunity to provide specialized behavioral support primarily in high school and elementary school general education classrooms. The role emphasizes working with students to improve behavior outes and supporting educators in implementing effective behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support within general education settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Manage caseloads across high school and elementary level students
• Document interventions and progress according to MTSS and IEP protocols
• Provide training and coaching to both ESE and general education teachers on evidence-based behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to student support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Behavior Specialist with a strong understanding of BIPs, FBAs, MTSS, and IEP documentation
• Ability to work effectively across multiple grade levels, specifically high school and elementary settings
• Preferred male candidates to meet specific program needs
• Strong munication skills and ability to train staff on behavioral methodologies
