Property Manager

As a Property Manager (LCAM) for our condominium association (COA) communities in Lake Worth and Boynton Beach, FL, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of multiple residential properties. There are two position available full-time or part-time, making it ideal for experienced professionals seeking a dynamic and supportive work environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned condominium communities in either Lake Worth or Boynton Beach
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, Board of Directors, and vendors
• Manage and support on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
• Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and community events as required
• Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, financial reports, and reserve planning
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage vendor contracts and service providers
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, company policies, and Florida statutes
• Conduct routine property inspections and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and community documentation

Qualifications

• Active LCAM license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of condominium (COA) management experience
• Experience managing multiple properties or mixed portfolios preferred
• Strong knowledge of Florida condominium laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets and reporting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with property management software is a plus
