Job Title: Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish) – Temp to Perm
Location: Apopka, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Pay: $16 – $18/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Assistant to join our compassionate and patient-focused geriatrics office. This is a great opportunity for new MA graduates looking to launch their careers in a supportive clinical setting. Our practice specializes in Medicare Risk, and we value team members who can deliver professional care while making patients feel comfortable and heard.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interview patients, verify information, and record medical history

Prepare patients for exams by taking vitals and documenting key health data

Assist with minor procedures and follow physician instructions

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality

Support scheduling and preparation of patient surgeries and follow-ups

Maintain exam room cleanliness and manage medical supply inventory

Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations

Provide clear communication between patients and physicians

Participate in training to stay current on clinical best practices

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification (Required)

Bilingual in Spanish (Required)

Strong communication and patient interaction skills

New grads are welcome to apply

Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with geriatrics or Medicare Risk is a plus
