Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach is looking for professional, positive, motivated Service BDC Representative. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer customers inbound calls a timely, friendly manner.
• Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments.
• Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads ex: open recalls, etc.
• Contacting customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.
• Follow up their visit to ensure they were satisfied with their visit.
• On occasion email or mail marketing letters to potential leads, ex: haven't been in for service in over a year, etc.
• Ensuring all clients concerns and questions are answered prior to their appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration,etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others.
• CDK/ADP experience a plus but not mandatory
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.
