In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, and scientists to deliver complex projects across Florida and the Southeast region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead diverse projects in marine infrastructure and coastal resilience
  • Oversee project financials, technical quality, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Jacobs’ global network
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with public and private stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth and best practices

Here's what you'll need

  • Substantial experience in the preparation of technical and cost proposals to deliver winning proposals
  • Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (Florida preferred) or PMP certification

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Master’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • Track record delivering ports & maritime or climate resilience projects
  • Experience with cost estimating and construction-phase services
  • Existing client relationships with port authorities and/or other organizations involved in the development of waterfront or coastal resilience projects
