Job Summary

A growing organization in Tampa, FL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity focused on Salesforce CRM management, marketing outreach, lead generation, and business development support. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM by entering, updating, and tracking leads, contacts, opportunities, and related activity.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and organization while supporting clean reporting and reliable pipeline visibility.
- Generate Salesforce reports, monitor sales pipeline activity, and provide updates to support sales and business development efforts.
- Support marketing campaigns through email outreach, follow-up communications, and CRM campaign management.
- Research prospective clients, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate outreach to potential customers and industry partners.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team and assist with special projects related to marketing, sales, and business development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide organized administrative and project support to sales and leadership teams.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant marketing, CRM, sales support, or business development experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience is required.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce independently with minimal training.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial construction or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience with marketing outreach, lead generation, CRM campaign management, or business development support is highly preferred.
