Location: On-site (Chick-fil-A)

Pay: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM (up to 24 hours/week)

Type: Part-time

About the Role

We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialists to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both our team members and guests. This position works overnight in a two-person team, focusing on deep cleaning and maintaining floors throughout the restaurant.

We are searching to hire four team members for this role, with a rotating schedule:

• Two team members will work Monday–Wednesday.
• Two team members will work Thursday–Saturday.
• Flexibility is expected in the event of schedule changes or coverage needs.

What You’ll Do

• Sweep, scrub, mop, and squeegee floors in the dining room, front of house, and back of house.
• Clean under shelves, fridges, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain and clean floor drains.
• Ensure all floors are safe, clean, and well-maintained by the start of each morning.
• Work collaboratively with another Floor Care Specialist each night.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working overnight hours in a cleaning-focused environment.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must demonstrate strong reliability, integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Must be 18+ due to hour restrictions.
