Host/Takeout Specialist
Dc Pie Co is opening a location in the heart of Downtown Doral, FL and we are looking for host/hostess to join our opening team. We are located at 8455 Nw 53rd St, Doral, FL. The Host/Hostess greets and informs arriving guests on DC Pie Co food options, hours of operation, organize take-out & delivery orders, and seating information.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
- Answers the phones and book reservations
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Maintain constant communication with servers and bussers to ensure efficient seating and restaurant procedures
- Operate reservation system
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of DC Pie Food and events schedules
- Responsible for cleanliness of host station; assists with organization and sanitation of restaurant
- Monitor guests in accordance with restaurant rules; escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain takeout & delivery area; ensure that food is hot & fresh, organized, well-packaged, and visually appealing
- Other duties as assigned
