Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a technician that wants to work with others that value professionalism and high quality repairs. You may be asked to demonstrate your abilities during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with service technicians to provide high-quality automotive service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and services needed on GM vehicles as well as diesel engines.
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and any customer interactions related to the service provided.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Skills

• Extensive dealership experience is preferred.
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with alignment procedures and vehicle maintenance protocols.
• Experience with automotive repair techniques across various systems including powertrain, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Previous service technician experience is highly desirable.
