We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Port Orange facility!

This outpatient-only position provides an exceptional work-life balance, no weekends, and a flexible schedule with the support of an experienced multi-specialty team. With no non-compete contract, physicians have complete career autonomy in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary – $250,000 base + incentives, auto-renewed annually.

Your Role as an Internal Medicine Physician:

1. Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
   
2. Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
   
3. Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
   
4. Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation.
   
5. Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
