Injection Molding Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Opa Locka, Florida. Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines, install molds, and configure auxiliary equipment.
• Prepare raw materials, measure and mix resin, colorants, and additives.
• Perform mold changes, ensure proper alignment and cleanliness.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal molding process.
• Inspect molded parts, make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, take corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance, coordinate complex repairs with technicians.
• Monitor production output, address bottlenecks, and delays.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, implement new techniques.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
